Ncr and the legion is still trapped in the past, while mr house is already preparing for the future. and i think he is the best choice if you want humanity to strife. he even says that it need him just 50 years for him to colonize other planet. he's the one who created robco and he is probably the smartest man alive in the wasteland and the only one know what he is doing. he's the one who predict the nuclear war and manage to save vegas from destruction. I like mr house ending because, ITS MR HOUSE. My favorite would be independence and mr house. House is anything but pro freedom given that he wants to rule as a brutal dictator over Vegas and does if you side with him.
